标准简介

本标准规定了上市公司信息披露电子化中电子公告文档的基本要求，包括公告、数据元和应用。本标准适用于上市公司的各类公告的对外公开发布过程，以及上市公司向证券监管机构上报的各类待审查的公告以及所需提供的相关材料的传送过程。本标准同样适用于信息咨询机构、证券投资机构或市场上其他上市公司信息需求者获取上市公司信息和采集、使用数据的过程
