本标准规定了食用椰干的要求、试验方法、检验规则和标签、标识、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于以充分成熟的椰子果实为原料，经过剥衣、去壳、去种皮、清洗、粉碎、榨汁（或不榨汁）、烘干等工序生产的颗粒状产品（俗称椰蓉），不适用于其他产品
