DL/T 848的本部分规定了三倍频试验变压器装置的术语、分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输储存条件。 本部分适用于电压互感器、中小型变压器类设备进行绝缘性能试验用150Hz电源的三倍频试验变压器装置（以下简称装置）的设计、制造和使用。电子式调频电源装置可参照本部分有关内容
