标准简介

本标准规定了核工业理化分析实验室为特定项目需要对测量方法进行合格性评定时选择、验证和评定测量方法的通用导则。本标准适用于核工业理化分析实验室。标准中推荐的方法是核工业理化分析实验室数据质量保证大纲的主要组成部分（见图1）。测量方法合格性评定有助于确保实验室得出的数据满足规定的要求。本标准不包括与使用有关的安全问题。在使用本标准之前，应制定适当的安全与防护措施，并确定适用的管理要求
