本部分规定了对进出口音视频设备的要求、检验及判定。本部分适用于设计成由电网电源或电源设备供电的，预定用来分别接收、产生、录制或重放音频、视频和有关信号的电子设备，也适用于设计成专门与上述设备组合使用的设备（以下简称音视频设备）的进出口检验。对于上述涉及的由非电网电源或电源设备供电的，内含激光系统或内部峰值工作电压大于4000V的设备，只要适用，均可采用本部分
