标准简介

本标准规定了ICP-AES法测定贫化四氟化铀中铁、镍、锰、铜、铝、铬的方法原理、试剂、仪器、分析步骤及其精密度。本标准适用于贫化四氟化铀中铁、镍、锰、铜、铝、铬的测定,其它丰度的四氟化铀中上述元素的测定可参照使用。当取样量为0.25g四氟化铀时,铁、镍、锰、铜、铝、铬的测定范围为(5~500)μg/g
