本标准规定了用于控制基于2048kbit/s系列的准同步数字体系(PDH)网络的网络节点接口(NNI)和用户网络接口(UNI)处抖动和漂移的相关参数及其限值。本标准还规定了用于控制基于2048kbit/s系列的同步网络的网络节点接口(NNI)处抖动和漂移的相关参数及其限值。本标准适用于与所采用的传送技术(如PDH、SDH或ATM网络)无关的各种业务接口。符合本标准规定的抖动和漂移网络限值的同步网，适用于SDH、公众交换电话网(PSTN)等网络的同步
