标准简介

本标准规定了复合防腐涂层各层厚度破坏性测量的测量方法，该方法通过用显微镜观察在防腐涂层上切割的精确角形切割面来测量防腐涂层的各层厚度。本标准适用于厚度小于1.3mm的复合防腐涂料，如复合防腐涂层的总厚度大于1.3mm，可以去除表面防腐涂层，达到测量范围要求，来测量内层防腐涂层厚度。本标准不适用于受压时易变形的复合防腐涂层和各层之间的颜色无明显区分界面的复合防腐涂层。复合防腐涂层表面可能是平面或是圆滑的弧面，但对圆滑的弧面应在轴线方向上测量
