标准简介

本标准规定了网络运营商和制造商使用的所有通信设备的过电压和过电流的试验方法。 本标准适用于与外部或建筑物内部的导线相连接的所有电信设备。 本标准未规定特定设备的试验水平和判定准则，相关规定参见特定的产品标准。因此，本标准应与包含受试设备抗力要求和试验方法的产品标准一起使用。如果产品标准的要求与本标准不一致，以产品标准的要求为准。 本标准假定设备的接地与连接符合相关标准规定的安装要求。 本标准的试验为型式试验。尽管这些试验适用于完整的系统，但在进行开发和设计工作时，这些试验也可用于单独的部分。在进行试验时，必须考虑受试设备内部以及外部任何可能影响结果的条件。 本标准不包括静电放电试验的要求和试验方法
