标准简介

本部分规定了静止无功补偿装置（SVC）控制系统的设计原则，对SVC控制系统的调节、监控、保护和触发系统的通用技术条件、功能和性能提出了基本要求。本部分适用于输电系统和配电系统中使用晶闸管的SVC控制系统的设计。SVC可应用于6kV及以上电力系统，其中晶闸管控制的支路可直接挂接于6kV～66（63）kV系统。本部分主要针对晶闸管控制电抗器(TCR)型和晶闸管投切电容器(TSC)型SVC编制,适当兼顾晶闸管投切电抗器(TSR)型SVC的某些要求
