标准简介

本标准给出了用自动方式采集管输原油和液体石油产品的代表性样品的推荐方法。本标准不适用于液化石油气和液化天然气的取样。本标准的主要用途是为规范、测试、操作、维护和监测原油取样器提供指导。原油取样操作为以下测定项目提供代表性样品：a）原油组成和品质；b）总含水量；c）不能作为输送原油成分的其他杂质。如果测定a）、 b）和c）的取样操作相互抵触，则可要求分别取样。本标准包括样品处理，涉及将所采集样品转送至实验室仪器内的各个方面。本标准描述了据信是目前可能采集到最具代表性样品的取样方法和操作，因而能准确地进行含水测定。但是，用自动取样器采集的管内样品的含水测定准确度，不仅取决于构成取样系统的各个部件的配置和特性，还取决于后续分析方法的准确性。第16章介绍了评价自动取样系统和分析测试总不确定度的理论方法。第15章描述了用于现场的实用测试步骤。有关各方通常应达成协议，规定某一特定的自动取样系统的允许准确度范围。在第15章的表4中，根据实际测试结果的准确度指标，对自动取样系统的性能进行分类。这些指标可作为合格性能的参考和个别协议的基础
