本标准规定了盐渍海参的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标签、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于以新鲜刺参(Stichepus japonicus)为原料,经去内脏、清洗、预煮、盐渍、沥干等工艺制成的盐渍刺参产品。其他海参原料加工的产品可参照本标准执行
