标准简介

本标准适用于工作介质为气体或液体、工作压力为常压或小于0.1MPa的低压的新制造和在地上金属立式储罐罐体与罐底板的声发射（AE）检测与检测。在进行检测时，本标准需要对储罐进行加载使其所受的最终载荷大于正常使用的压力。对于在用储罐的检测，通常采用所贮存的工作介质直接进行加载以在线的方式进行检测，而不需要将储罐排空或清洗。储罐罐体的检测是通过AE源定位技术来探测和确定有意义的AE源部位，然后通过采用其他无损检测方法来确定AE源的性质和意义。储罐底板的检测是通过对探测到的有效AE信号的分析来对罐底板遭受腐蚀的程B/T 9615.2-2000,JB/T 10273-20015
