标准简介

本标准适用于工作介质为气体或液体、工作压力为常压或小于0.1MPa的低压的新制造和在用地上铁磁性金属储罐底板母材上表面和下表面不连续的漏磁检测。对于新制造的储罐,主要发现底板母材上存在的机械损伤等体积性缺陷。对于在用储罐,主要发现底板母材上产生的腐蚀和存在的机械损伤等体积性缺陷。本标准不适用于储罐底板焊缝的检测。本标准不建立评价判据,具体的判据由检测方和用户双方协商确定。本标准没有给出进行检测时的安全要求,使用本标准的各方有义务在检测前建立适当的安全和健康准则
