本标准规定了750kV级单相油浸式电力变压器（以下简称变压器）的性能参数、绝缘水平、技术要求、测试项目、标志、包装、运输和贮存，并在附录A中给出了一些具体产品的有关性能参数实例。本标准适用于电压等级为750kV，额定功率为50Hz的所有容量的单相油浸式电力变压器
