标准简介

本规程适用范围为110～500kV新建和扩建变电所的设计。本规程根据国家标准GB 50187-93《工业企业总平面设计规范》所定的原则进行编制，变电所的总布置设计除执行本规程外，尚应符合现行有关的国家标准和行业标准的规定。在地震区、湿陷性黄土地区、膨胀土地区、软土地区和永冻土地区等特殊自然条件建设的变电所，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
