本标准规定了火力发电厂的设备、管道及其附近和附属钢结构的保温、油漆设计应遵循的基本原则和设计要求。本标准适用于火力发电厂的设备、管道及其附件和附属钢结构的保温、油漆设计。本标准不适用于汽轮机、锅炉本体的保温、油漆设计，也不适用于电气、土建专业的有关保温、油漆设计。核电站的常规岛和BOP部分、燃气-蒸汽联合循环电站以及地热电站的保温、油漆设计可参照执行
