标准简介

本标准规定了辣椒素的高效液相色谱测定方法。本标准适用于辣椒及以其为原料生产食品中的辣椒素、二氢辣椒素含量的测定。本方法的检出限辣椒素为0.13mg/kg，二氢辣椒素为0.04mg/kg。本方法的线性范围辣椒素为0.10mg/L～160mg/L，二氢辣椒素为0.04mg/L～160mg/L
