标准简介

本标准规定了无粘结预应力混凝土管产品的范围、术语和定义、分类、原材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、运输和保管、使用规定和出厂证明书等。本标准适用于以无粘结钢绞线做预应力筋的、采用后张工艺制造的公称内径为1800mm~4800mm、管线运行工作压力或静水压力不大于1.2MPa、管顶覆土深度不超过10m的承插式预应力混凝土管。在对管体和密封圈寿命有影响的环境中，应采取有效措施后方可使用。依据本标准制造的管子可用于城市给水系统、排水系统、工业和水利输水管线、农田灌溉、工厂管网及深覆土涵管等
