标准简介

本标准规定了炼油单位产品能源消耗(简称能耗)限额的技术要求、统计范围和计算方法、节能管理与措施。本标准适用于以原油及外购原料油为原料,生产汽油、柴油、煤油、润滑油基础油、溶剂油、燃料油、液化石油气、丙烷、丙烯、苯、甲苯、混合二甲苯、石蜡、沥青、石油焦及化工原料等生产过程能耗计算、考核,以及新建项目的能耗控制
