GB/T 16508的本部分规定了锅壳锅炉受压元件允许使用的材料牌号及其标准、基本技术要求(包括钢板、钢管、钢锻件、铸钢件、铸铁件、吊杆和拉撑、紧固件、焊接材料)、适用范围(温度和压力)和许用应力,以及非受压元件允许使用的材料牌号及其标准。本部分适用于GB/T 16508.1范围界定的锅壳锅炉受压元件和非受压元件用材料的选择和使用
