标准简介

本标准为塑料废弃物回收(包括再循环)标准和规范的制订提供了指南。本标准为前消费品和后消费品(如附录A中所示图表)的塑料废弃物回收提供了多种方式。本标准建立了在回收处理过程的所有步骤中都应考虑的质量要求,并且为材料标准、测试标准和产品规范提供通用建议。因此,在本标准中出现的处理阶段、要求、建议和术语具有普遍适用性
