标准简介

本标准规定了铁素体全熔透焊接接头超声检测的验收等级2级和3级。本标准的验收等级2级和3级,分别对应着GB/T19418中的B级和C级焊缝质量要求。由于GB/T19418中的D级焊缝通常不要求超声检测,因此本标准中没有与GB/T19418中的D 级焊缝质量要求相对应的超声检测验收等级。本标准的验收等级,适用于依据GB/T11345的超声检测。本标准适用于厚度为8mm~100mm 的铁素体全熔透焊缝。如果在充分考虑工件的几何形状和声学性能情况下,能按照本标准验收等级所需检测灵敏度的要求下进行检测,本标准也可适用于其他类型、其他材质和厚度超过100mm 的焊缝。除非材质衰减或较高探头分辨力要求需要其他频率的探头,本标准使用的探头标称频率为2MHz~5MHz。使用的频率不在此范围,则验收等级需要仔细考虑
