标准简介

本标准规定了电子电气产品生产相关组织限用物质用物质管理体系的要求，旨在组织根据有关的法律法规或顾客的要求识别限用物质使用的相关过程，建立并实施限用物质管理体系。 由于组织及其产品的性质导致本标准的任何要求不适用时，可以考虑对其进行删减，但是删减应仅限于本标准第7章的要求，并且删减不应影响组织提供满足限用物质管理相关的适用法律法规要求或顾客要求的产品的能力或责任，否则不能声称符合本标准。 本标准适用于各种类型和规模的电子电气产品生产相关组织，满足其建立、实施、保持并改进限用物质管理体系的需求，以提高其限用物质控制能力，从而减少和（或）消除限用物质的使用。 本标准可以通过下列方式证实其符合性： a) 组织进行自我评价和自我声明； b) 组织的顾客对其进行符合性的评价和确认； c) 第三方机构对组织的限用物质管理体系进行认证； d) 其他相关方对组织自我声明的确认
