标准简介

本标准规定了铜冶炼企业单位产品的能源消耗(以下简称能耗)限额的要求、统计范围、计算方法、计算范围和节能管理与措施。本标准适用于以铜精矿、粗铜、废杂铜为原料的铜冶炼企业产品能耗的计算、考核,以及对新建项目的能耗控制。本标准不适用于处理含铜电子废料的粗铜冶炼工艺及含铜矿石直接堆浸工艺,能耗指标不适用于企业内部含铜废料的综合回收
