标准简介

本标准规定了从润滑油系统和液压油系统中动态或静态提取流体样本的方法。当需要对润滑油系统和液压油系统中的流体进行分析时,需进行正确的取样操作。为了取得可靠的和可对比的分析结果,取样宜在指定的条件和操作环境下进行。当系统达到工作温度时,从紊流状态的流体中取样,这种方法称为动态取样。若不能动态取样,可以从系统油箱中取样,这种方法称为静态取样。本标准规定了动态和静态取样以及样本装瓶的方法。通过过滤装置提取样本并与“标准玻片”进行比较,为相关设备制造商制定使用手册提供参考
