标准简介

本标准规定了润滑油系统的清洁度等级和冲洗导则。冲洗的作用有两方面:一是除去安装和装配过程中侵人的污染物;二是确保管路和系统作为一个整体有足够的清洁度。曲轴箱和齿轮箱在冲洗前宜分别进行清洁,本标准规定了具体的清洁要求。这些要求同样适用于系统油箱和其他系统零部件。本标准规定了当雷诺数Re≤3000时的清洁过程为透洗,当雷诺数Re≥3000时的清洁过程为冲洗
