标准简介

本部分规定了以聚乙烯(PE)混配料为原料,经挤出成型的燃气用埋地聚乙烯(PE)管材的术语和定义、材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和包装、运输、贮存。本部分规定的管材类型包括:-单层实璧管材;-管材外壁包覆可剥离热塑性防护层的管材。本部分适用于PE 80和PE 100混配料制造的公称外径为16mm～630mm的燃气用埋地聚乙烯(PE)管材,管材的最大工作压力(MOP)基于设计应力确定,并考虑耐快速裂纹扩展(RCP)性能的影响。在输送人工煤气和液化石油气时,应考虑燃气中存在的其他组分(如:芳香烃、冷凝液)在一定浓度下对管材性能的不利影响
