标准简介

本标准规定了玉米及其制品中伏马毒素B1、伏马毒素B2、伏马毒素B3(以下简写为FB1、FB2、FB3)的测定方法。本标准第一法为免疫亲和柱净化-柱后衍生高效液相色谱法，第二法为高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法，第三法为免疫亲和柱净化-柱前衍生高效液相色谱法，适用于玉米及其制品中伏马毒素的测定
