本标准规定了轨道交通中第三轨受流器的工作条件、性能要求、检验方法、检验规则、RAMS要求、标志、包装、运输和贮存等。本标准适用于上部或下部受流的第三轨受流器(简称受流器),且地铁和轻轨车辆运行速度不超过120 km/h
