本标准规定了球冠形压电材料制成的单元球面聚焦超声换能器(以下简称球面聚焦超声换能器)的电声特性及其测量方法。本标准适用于工作频率范围1.0MHz～15MHz。本标准不适用于聚焦换能器阵和声透镜的聚焦换能器。注:1.0MHz以下可参照本标准
