标准简介

GB/T 16462的本部分根据GB/T 17421.1和ISO 230-7规定了一般用途的数控立式车床和立式车削中心的几何精度检验要求和方法及相应的公差。本部分解释了数控立式车床和立式车削中心的不同概念、不同配置及通用特点，并提供了控制轴的术语和定义(见图1、图2、图3、图4)。本部分适用于机床的精度检验。本部分不适用于机床的运转检验(如机床的振动、异常的噪声、部件的爬行等检验)及机床的特性检验(如速度、进给量)，因为这些检验通常在精度检验之前进行
