标准简介

本标准规定了液化天然气(LNG)运输船在港区的安全航行以及LNG在接收站安全有效的传输过程中,对接收站、LNG运输船和港作服务方的要求。包括:a)引航以及船舶交通服务系统(VTS);b)拖轮及系缆、解缆操作方;c)接收站;d)LNG运输船;e)LNG运输船靠泊期间的燃料、润滑油、备用品的供应商及其他服务供应商。本标准包含以下规定:1、船舶的安全航行、靠泊、系泊及从码头离泊;2、货物传输;3、船岸通道;4、船岸通信;5、船岸界面的所有仪表、数据和电气连接;6、液氮连接;7、压载水。本标准适用于国际LNG贸易中的LNG船舶与中国LNG接收站的港口作业
