标准简介

本标准规定了动植物油脂中矿物油定性检测的原理、试剂和材料、仪器设备、扦样方法、试样制备、分析步骤和结果表达。本标准第一法适用于蜡酯含量低于0.5%的动植物油脂中矿物油的检测，最低检出限为0.5%;第二法适用于除深色沙棘果毛油以外的动植物油脂中矿物油的检测，最低检出限为0.3%
