标准简介

GB/T 5959.1-2019的本条用以下内容代替。代替:GB/T 5959的本部分规定了通常由红外发射器产生的红外辐射在装置内明显超过热对流和热传导，作为传热方式，向被处理材料传递能量的工业电热设备和装置的安全要求。范围的进一步限制是在空气或真空中最大光谱辐射波长在780 nm以上，且通过诸如热辐射或高压电弧发射宽波段连续光谱的红外发射器。GB/T 5959.1-2019将红外定义为频率范围在大约400THz~300GHz之间的光学辐射。在真空中的对应波长范围在780nm~10μm。工业红外加热通常使用额定温度在500℃~3000℃的红外源，从这些红外源发出的辐射主要位于780nm~10μm的波长范围内。由于大量的热发射器的发射波长可能低于780 nm或高于3000 nm，所以本部分同样考虑了可见光和波长超过3000 nm的辐射的安全方面的问题。本部分不适用于:—以激光或发光二极管(LED)作为主要辐射源的红外装置—GB/T 20145-2006及IEC 60825-1:2014[2]适用于此类装置;—公用电器用具;—实验室用电器用具—IEC 61010-1:2010[3]适用于此类器具;—电阻加热裸导线、电热管或电热棒作为加热元件，且红外辐射并非预期应用中占支配地位的副作用的电热装置，由GB 5959.4-2008[1]规定;—所有红外发射器的标称总功率小于250 W
