标准简介

本文件规定了使用光学或电子显微镜来测定Ti(C,N)基硬质合金和包含其他立方碳化物相的WC/Co类硬质合金显微结构的金相测定方法。本文件适用于烧结后的硬质合金(烧结碳化物硬质合金或金属陶瓷),此种合金的主要硬质相为无机碳化物和氮化物。本文件也适用于使用截线法测定相尺寸和分布的测试
