标准简介

本文件规定了核电厂内部防火和防爆设计的基本要求，主要包括防火设计总要求、总平面布置的防火设计、火灾预防和限制火灾蔓延、消防疏散、火灾自动报警系统、消防供水及灭火系统、通风防火与防排烟、火灾安全分析、内部防爆设计，以及重点区域和设备的防火设计要求等。本文件适用于国内新建陆上固定式热中子反应堆核电厂，其他类型核动力厂和核设施可参考本规范进行设计。本文件主要针对核安全重要建(构)筑物(如:核岛厂房、重要厂用水系统泵房和廊道等)的内部防火和防爆设计，常规岛和配套设施厂房的消防设计在满足本文件第4章、第5章和第13章中的要求(专门特指核安全重要建(构)筑物的要求除外)基础上，遵照国内其他相关设计标准要求
