本文件规定了中子衍射测量多晶材料残余应力的方法。本文件适用于均匀、非均匀以及含不同晶相的材料样品检测。本文件简要描述了中子衍射技术的原理,提供了以下建议:针对不同种类材料宜开展的测量中合适的衍射晶面选择;在宜进行的测量中样品方向的选取;与被测材料晶粒尺寸和应力状态有关的待测体积选择。本文件规定了准确定位和校正中子束内检测部位的过程,以及测量时准确定义材料取样体积的过程。本文件规定了标定中子衍射装置的注意事项,规定了获取无应力参考值的技术方法。本文件规定了开展中子衍射测量的各种方法,提供了分析结果和确定其统计相关性的过程,提供了由应变测量数据确定残余应力可靠估算值以及评定结果中不确定度的建议
