标准简介

本文件提出的《测量不确定度表示指南》(以下简称GUM)概念实施指南,适用于工业界对 GPS领域内的测量标准和测量设备的校准以及工件GPS特性的测量。其目的是提供完成不确定度报告所需的全部信息,并为测得结果及其不确定度的比较(顾客与供方之间的关系)提供依据。本文件的目的是支撑ISO14253-1。本文件与ISO14253-1均有利于公司内部所有技术职能部门对 GPS规范(即工件特性的公差和测量设备计量特性的最大允许误差MPES值)的解释。本文件介绍的不确定度管理程序(Procedure for Uncertainty M Anagement-PUMA),是一个以GUM 为基础,在不改变GUM基本概念的情况下评估测量不确定度的实用选代程序。一般在下述情况用于评估测量不确定度和提供不确定度说明:-单个测得结果;--两个或多个测得结果的比较;将一个(或多个)工件或一个(或多个)测量设备得到的测得结果与给定规范(也就是测量仪器或测量标准的计量特性最大允许误差MPES,或工件特性的公差限等)进行比较,按规范验证是否合格。迭代法总体而言是建立在上限评估策略基础上的,即在不确定度评估的各阶段高估其不确定度,迭代次数控制高估的量。为防止基于测得结果做出的错误判定,有意识的高估而不是低估是必要的。高估的量还受测量项目的经济
