标准简介

本文件规定了满足检测要求以期获得满意、经济、重复性好的检测结果的胶片和数字射线照相检测的基本技术。本文件规定的技术以检测基本理论和试验为基础。本文件适用于钢管服役过程中引起的点状腐蚀、面状腐蚀和侵蚀等缺陷的射线检测。本文件中使用的“管”除其常规含义外,也包括其他圆筒形物体,如小口径管、压力管、锅炉汽包和压力容器。本文件规定的检测技术适用于腐蚀/侵蚀类缺陷的焊缝检测,不适用于焊接过程产生典型缺陷的检测。本文件描述了可能由腐蚀或侵蚀造成的管道内部或外部材料损失的评价方法。管道可能含或不含保温层。本文件规定了检测璧厚损失的双壁检测技术,包括双壁单影技术(DWSI)和双壁双影技术(DW-DI)。本文件适用于使用工业胶片射线照相、计算机射线照相(CR)和数字阵列探测器(DDA)的在役双壁射线检测技术
