本文件规定了大型科研仪器共享服务平台的数据采集、功能分类、运行管理、服务方式与要求、信息安全和平台维护。本文件适用于甘肃省行政区域内大型科研仪器所依托管理的法人单位建设的大型科研仪器开放共享服务平台，其建设形式包括自行建设、与其他单位合建、委托第三方机构建设等。
