8 滴定操作固定和调零如滴定管内液面低于“0”刻度，应补充溶液至“0”刻度以上几毫米，将滴定管竖直夹持在滴定管架的右侧。放置时间30s后调节零点，除去悬挂在滴定管尖端外的液滴。记录初读数。滴定具塞滴定管：使滴定管的尖嘴部分插入锥形瓶口内约1cm～2cm处，左手无名指和小指向手心弯曲，轻抵出口管，用其余三指稍向内抠，控制旋塞转动，使溶液平稳滴下。滴定时，左手不能离开旋塞任溶液自流。无塞滴定管：使滴定管的尖嘴部分插入锥形瓶口内约1cm～2cm处，左手无名指及小指夹住出口管，拇指与食指往玻璃珠所在部位侧上方，挤捏乳胶管，使溶液流出滴下。停止滴定时，应先松开拇指和食指，再松开无名指与小指。
