适用范围
本标准规定了的工频400V以下供配电系统的零地电压技术要求、测试条件、测试方法、测试结果的处理和测试周期。 本标准适用于工频400V以下供配电系统供配电系统的低压配电柜（盘）和终端电源插座的零地电压测试。
主要技术内容
4技术要求4.1供配电系统验收测试4.1.1 包含不间断电源（UPS）、净化电源和变频电源的三相供配电系统不间断电源（UPS）、净化电源和变频电源的输出配电柜（盘）在单相输出50% 的额定电流情况下，DC~20kHz带宽内的零地电压有效值应小于3V。4.1.2不包含不间断电源（UPS）、净化电源和变频电源的三相供配电系统总配电柜（盘）在单相输出50%的额定电流情况下，DC~20kHz带宽内的零地电压有效值应小于3V。4.1.3单相电源插座单相电源插座输出95%额定电流的情况下，DC~20kHz带宽内的零地电压有效值应小于5V。并且应大于下限电压UL，下限电压UL可按式（1）估算：…………………………………………（1）式中：UL——单相插座零地电压的下限，V；Id——单相插座额定电流，A；RN——单相插座的零线电极（N）到零线与地线连接点之间的零线电阻，Ω。若不便于测量可按0.01Ω估算。4.2互连的通信与控制系统使用的供配电系统[注1]为互连的通信与控制系统供电的终端电源插座，在输出单相95%额定电流
