主要技术内容
在LS/T 3248-2017《中国好粮油 小麦粉》的基础上，增加了优质中筋小麦粉（饺子、面条类；馒头、包子类）等类别，取消优质强筋小麦粉和优质弱筋小麦粉的分级，并明确其用途为“面包类”和“蛋糕、饼干类”，含砂量和磁性金属物两项基本质量指标要求高于现行国家标准，并规定了稳定时间、食品评分值等具体质量指标，体现了好粮油产品更高的质量要求，以评选出更多能满足市场需求的“好粮油 小麦粉”产品。
