主要技术内容
消化性溃疡（peptic ulcer，PU）是指在各种致病因子的作用下，黏膜发生炎性反应与坏死、脱落、形成溃疡，溃疡的黏膜坏死缺损穿透黏膜肌层，严重者可达固有肌层或更深。病变可发生于食管、胃或十二指肠，也可发生于胃-空肠吻合口附近或含有胃黏膜的麦克尔憩室内，其中以胃、十二指肠最常见 [1]，故本指南所涉及的诊断及治疗主要指胃溃疡，十二指肠溃疡和复合型溃疡。近年来，消化性溃疡作为中医药治疗的优势病种之一，在证候规律研究、辨证治疗方法等诸多方面取得了不少进展，为了系统整理、总结当代中医辨证论治消化性溃疡的临床经验，深入开展消化性溃疡现代科学研究，客观评价中医药诊治消化性溃疡的疗效，在参考国内外相关共识意见或指南的基础上，形成本指南，以指导基层医生的使用。
