主要技术内容
急、慢性胆囊炎、胆石症是消化系统临床常见疾病，轻者影响患者的生活质量，重者可能危及生命，因而在临床上越来越得到重视。中医药治疗胆囊炎、胆石症有着悠久的历史，由于中医药传承的特殊性及中医药治疗的个体化等特点，使得中医药治疗胆囊炎、胆石症的临床疗效评价方面难以得出类似于现代医学的高级别的循证医学证据，但其临床疗效应当是肯定的。本指南参考国际临床实践指南制订方法和流程，并在相关法律法规和技术文件指导下，基于现有的最佳证据并充分结合临床专家经验，结合目前实际情况，制定急、慢性胆囊炎、胆石症中医临床诊疗指南，为临床医师提供指导意见，提高临床疗效。
