液氦罐式集装箱安全使用技术规范

主要技术内容

本文件规定了液氦罐式集装箱（以下简称液氦罐箱）的相关术语、设计制造基本要求、运输与堆存、使用与维护、操作与防护、应急处理。本文件适用于装载液氦，在正常环境温度下使用，设计压力为不小于0.5MPa、几何容积不小于10m3、采用不同冷屏结构和高真空多层绝热方式的标准罐式集装箱。本文件所提出的要求是基本的安全技术要求，符合本文件的液氦罐箱可适用于公路、水路运输，以及这些运输方式的联运。
