本文件规定了氟化工产品碳足迹量化的声明单位、系统边界、清单分析、影响评价、碳足迹报告等内容。本文件适用于指导氟化工产品的碳足迹量化活动。氟化工产品包括有机氟化工产品与无机氟化工产品碳足迹量化可参照使用。本文件仅针对单一环境影响类型，即气候变化，不评价产品生命周期产生的其他潜在环境影响，也不评价产品生命周期内可能产生的社会和经济影响。
