本文件规定了平板玻璃产品碳足迹量化的方法和要求。本文件适用于平板玻璃产品碳足迹量化工作，其结果可作为产品碳足迹绩效评价、产品碳足迹信息披露、环保信息公开等不同应用的依据。碳抵消不在产品碳足迹量化的范围内。本文件仅针对单一影响类型，即气候变化，不评价产品生命周期产生的其他方面环境潜在影响，也不评价产品生命周期可能产生的社会和经济影响。
