主要技术内容

本文件规定了智慧社区设备设施安全风险定义、社区设备设施安全评价指标、社区人员不安全行为评价指标以及社区设备设施管理水平评价指标。本文件适用于新建、改建、扩建智慧社区设备设施安全风险评估与运营。智慧社区设备设施安全风险评价指标体系除应符合本标准外，还应符合国家现有标准的规定。
